An Apostille (pronounced ah-poh-steel) is a special certificate that proves a public document—such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate, or notarized form—is authentic and valid for use in another country. It confirms that the notary or signing official’s authority and signature are legitimate, making the document legally recognized in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
The California Secretary of State issues Apostilles for California documents, processed only in Los Angeles or Sacramento. The process can be complex, and documents may be rejected for errors, causing delays.
Let the professionals handle it! We know what the SOS requires and guarantee our service.
(Guarantee does not apply if the document is notarized by another Notary Public and rejected due to signature issues.)
We come to you to notarize your document, or we can send you an overnight shipping label if notarization isn’t required. You’ll receive updates throughout the process, and in most cases, your completed document will arrive within 2–3 business days.
If you prefer, we can even send it directly to the receiving entity in the foreign country. No more stress or hassle—just peace of mind!
If you already have your document, simply send us a photo to confirm it’s eligible. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to drop off at your local FedEx or shipping center. Once processed, your certified document (such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate, or other official record) will be sent right back to your home.
